Money donated to Operation C.A.R.E. Bears is spent in our local counties. C.A.R.E. Bears received referrals from area schools, out of the ones that were referred this year, 32 families -- which included 85 children were chosen. Letters were sent to the families asking if they would like to be included in the program and if so, we ask that they complete the enclosed Santa's wish list.  Volunteers then shop, wrap and deliver the gifts.
